Delivery & Returns
How much does delivery cost?
We offer Free Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) on all UK orders over £50. For orders under £50, standard delivery is £3.95. We also offer Next Day Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24) for £5.95.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders placed before 2PM Monday-Friday are dispatched the same day. Standard delivery takes 2-3 working days. Next Day delivery arrives the following working day. You will receive a tracking number once dispatched.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free returns policy. If you change your mind, or if an item develops a fault within 30 days, simply contact us to arrange a return. Items must be returned in the condition they were sent, complete with all accessories.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Your Chill Games only ships within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) securely via Stripe. We also accept PayPal and Your Chill Games Store Credit.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order (during working hours), we can usually cancel or amend it. Once dispatched, you will need to use our standard returns process.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can complete your purchase using our fast Guest Checkout. However, creating an account allows you to track orders and save your wishlist.
Product Condition & Testing
Are your pre-owned items tested?
Yes. Every single console, game, and accessory is rigorously tested by our technicians before being listed for sale. Consoles are checked for disc reading, overheating, port functionality, and visual output.
Do consoles come with cables and controllers?
Unless specifically stated otherwise in the product title or description (e.g., "Console Only"), all consoles come complete with the necessary power cable, AV/HDMI cable, and one official or high-quality third-party controller.
What do your condition grades mean?
We keep it simple. If an item is listed, it is in Good to Excellent working condition. We will explicitly mention any significant cosmetic flaws (like deep scratches or yellowing) in the product description.
