Do you accept broken consoles?
We do accept some consoles for parts or repair, but they will be valued significantly lower. Please clearly state if an item is faulty in your request.
What happens if my items fail testing?
If an item doesn't work or the condition is significantly worse than described, we will email you an updated quote. If you decline, we can return the items to you (return postage fee applies) or recycle them for free.
Do I need to clean my items before sending?
While not strictly required, clean items generally receive higher grading and better quotes. A quick wipe down is always appreciated!
